      Shipping: Due to high demand for this product, shipment for the home freeze dryer will take about 4-5 weeks.

      Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Returns must be authorized in advance. Please note, returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

      Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

If over 7 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
